This concept is about aligning the change you want to see with your thoughts, beliefs, values and actions. Embodying the change you want to see. This might seem like a grand idea, and it may not always be easy or seem possible to completely accomplish. But the more we exist within a change, the more our attention will be on that change, the more sustainable the change will be on a personal scale. It also makes it far easier to go deeper in reflecting around the change, to experience the challenges, to understand the barriers. And it makes it easier for others to see change happen, to believe, to reset their own compass and to dare to be the change themselves.
Change is something that evolves, u-turns may be needed and conversations may open unknown doors. There are also many different ways of exerting the same change, and many changes that can come out of a single intention. The map is not drawn, the journey is always just beginning.
In this module, we explore some ways to support soil health through every day actions and choices and how individuals can be agents for change in different ways.
